The new Continuous Toffee Cooker is now part of our ever growing new machinery stock. The Continuous toffee cooker provides an unrivalled product quality and taste due to the fact that it works on the same principle as a batch cooker, with the cooking and caramelisation being achieved simultaneously. The end result is a well emulsified, smooth caramel with accurate control of the final moisture content, flavour and colour.

The construction of the new purpose built A.M.P-Rose factory has started, with the hope of 2009 being the moving in date, it is exciting times. The new factory will be 80,000sq/ft, of which 25,000sq/ft will be housing our current inventory.

2007

A.M.P-Rose is happy to announce that it has added more machines to their extensive selection of machinery already available. Full bagging lines can now be supplied by A.M.P-Rose from conveyors, elevators, multihead weighers, to auger fillers, volumetric fillers, liquid fillers, and of course bagging machines. There are New Computerised Multihead weighers, which can be added or be part of a new bagging line. Various sizes are available to meet the customers needs, they range from 8-16 head machines, being put into small or bulky bags. There are two types of machines, focusing on different products; the standard range which weighs products such as confectionery, chocolate, powder, dry pasta, nuts, cereals, and many other dry products. An example of one of the products being weighed by this machine at the moment are fresh cherries, there is a video available to see this in action. The other multihead weigher that A.M.P-Rose offer is the ‘5L’ range of machines, which has been designed specifically for fresh and frozen vegetables, sea-foods, meats, grated cheese etc. and other products of a bulky nature.

The Pak-a-snax machine, already an excellent machine, has been further developed by A.M.P-Rose. Initially the machine was a manual feed, but now it is enabled with an automatic robot feeding system. This is also accompanied by increased efficiency giving out less waste.
